Back in 2009, we founded Smart-Support in order to offer high IT services with our year-long experience in this field. Our customers’ benefit is our top priority. Thus, we created the Smart-VoIP service and brought this digital new world into life for the businesses in Greece.<\/p>\n

Our Infrastructure<\/h2>\n

We have created a wide network of our own infrastructure which is located in one of the major Data Centers in Greece.<\/p>\n

We are maintaining and upgrading our own network as we grow with our clients so we can offer top quality services to each and everyone of you.<\/p>\n

In our facilities we have taken all the appropriate measures needed for redundancy, such as A+B power feed, BGP routing with our own IP range (AS212485) and 24\/7 NOC monitoring of all our infrastructure.<\/p>\n

When using our services you benefit from our interconnections with other tier-1 providers which means direct calls to other providers, with guaranteed capacity and low jitter.<\/p>\n
